Was it meant "supplying" ?

The problem is that an L-C filter has a input impedance
Probably should be aN input impedance...

Hi! Seems like review and part with [MMOM] link aren't consistnt about whether DC or AC cause "freeze" effect. http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/vol_1/chpt_3/2.html

I do not disagree with Arkveth's assessment. However, I need further input or research before we take any action on this safety topic. In other words, I don't know what to do yet.
