Hey guys i am building a project of two digit counter using 7 segment displays infrared and no micro controllers.my problem is with the ic i am to use as the CD4033 decoders (two) are rare and out of supply in my area.. its the only one im seeing that i can use to link two 7 segments to recieve pulse from the 555timer. do u have any idea of an alternative decoder ic(to replace the CD4033) with carry out, clock and ripple blinking in pins which can correspontd to my circuit..
    thanks for yo time please
