I believe that +30W can already emit a good amount of heat
If you still have a similar-rated incandescent lamp bulb, that will give you a good idea of the total heat output. However, if the LEDs are well distributed and ventilated there should be no problem.

The total is probably not a problem, because it is spread out as you say, but I'd worry about protecting each individual LED.
Thanks for the feedback wayneh, apologies for my "ignorance" but I really didn't understand what you meant by protecting each individual LED, can you please develop a little bit more so I could dig into it?

They will be the point sources of all the heat, and they may damage themselves if you don't wick away the heat with some sort of heat sink. The technical documentation for the LEDs should provide all you need to sort it out.
