what is turn on time, turn off time , Delay time, storage time in case of a transistor..?

and if this information is not given in the data sheet how we can find out max. switching speed of that transistor?
like i have data sheet of BC807 transistor..

link for its data sheet is
    http://www.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/BC807_BC807W_BC327.pdf

You'd need to test samples of it in the circuit you intend to use it.

That particular transistor has a transition frequency of 80MHz, which is kind of slow.

If you put any transistor into deep saturation, it will take a lot longer to turn off than if you don't let it get deeply saturated.
