I take it that TEX is a way to write formulas easily when posting....correct?
If so, Id like to start trying to use it...
Reason being is that I am starting to go thru the EBook and will inevitably be needing some homework help....
So....would it be allright if I start a thread called Using TEX where I practice .....I read the sticky by Thaoneguy and the instructions were ....well....they were detailed but Im not so sure I can get it working without a bunch of practice...
Any suggestions on what would be appropriate for practicing....?
Am I on the wrong track here..?

I have also written another similar article, if you want to take a look at it: http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com/showthread.php?t=60409

Just have a reason to use it. Have a formula at hand that you want to post and then try to use LaTeX to write it. There's no way you will learn without a motive.
