i need a triggering circuit which can drive SCR of rating 40A,600V.
triggerig circuit should drive full bridge rectifier with a firing angle 0-180.

if any body have any idea or ready made circuit pla send to me

Do you already have the SCR?

If so, what is the manufacturer and part number, or at least the part number?

Your information is a bit confusing. A triac and a SCR are substantially different devices. The SCR is suitable for half-cycle conduction.

If the conduction is for a fixed half cycle, then a rectifier diode is the best device to use.

If conduction angle is to be varied, then the article in our Ebook may be helpful - http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/vol_3/chpt_7/5.html.

And in case anybody is interested, they can go here to learn more about the TRIAC which is another device that has been mentioned in the discussion.
