Hi,

Some of you may remember I was trying to generate a stable Triangle Wave Oscillator a few months back. Still cracking away at it, have made some vast improvements and am very close to finished but I have one final problem to solve. As can be seen from images I have some ringing or spiking at the threshold points, this only started occurring once I introduced the TL071's as the op amp of choice replacing the 741's. The TL's are giving me a much better slew rate and sharper triangle wave however. Any ideas on how to solve this one?

Thanks,
Rueffy.

Why not help me test my 7 transistor circuit instead? If it works it would be very efficient...and then we can talk about stabilizing it :D

What kind of power supply do you have? It looks like you have a virtual ground made by a pair of resistors only. If that is the case, make an active virtual ground with an op amp follower circuit.
