Triac reply circuit need help

I have this circuit but not working. Is anyone can help me to make it work? Maybe I have not connect GND from VCC? Any idea?

Please see next page for picture. I forgot attach

Looks simple enough to me. If you had +5V DC on the Vcc supply and grounded the wire labeled as lamp control it should trigger the triac on.
