After I downloaded the Chinese fonts, Adobe asked if I want the latest version 9.3 of Adobe Reader so I also downloaded it. Then I was asked if I want the Chinese fonts again so i downloaded them again and now I see the pdf datasheet.

Then it turned out to be a good thing for you. Adobe recently updated Adobe Reader to plug some security holes and fix a few bugs.
