    how do yu measure a 5 pin transistor that it is good or not?

    5 pins? That is unusual. A transistor only needs 3, 6 if it is a dual. Does this device have a number on it?

    TELL ME WHAT THIS COMPONENT STR 65643D and how to test whether it is faulty.
    it is 5 pin

    Hee hee heee dude !!
    that is a hybrid power switch. It's used is SMPS.
    All you can test is the out put pass transistor that may be at pin 123 or 345 which is like b, c and e, or c,b,e. or e, b, c .......well u know what I mean
