I WANT TO KNOW WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT BJT'S AND FET'S TYPES AVALIBLE IN MARKET,
ALSO THE DATA SHEET FOR EACH TYPES.
BUT IN MOST SITES I,VE VISITED THEY SHOW DIFFERENT TRANSISTOR MODELS AND DATA SHEET IN RANDOM.
AND I CANNOT CLASSIFY THEM ACCOURDING TO THEIR USE.

GIVE ME AN IDEA ,WHARE CAN I GO AND SEARCH,FOR TRANSISTORS ACCOURDING TO THEIR USAGE.

AND ALSO I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE WHOLE SET OF DATASHEET.

It is most productive to search for transistors by their critical parameters - that is, those parameters critical to your application. As we mostly work from a limited set of transistors that suit our needs, it becomes only necessary to locate the ones most useful.

It is possible that you might go to a manufacturer's web site and order a CD with their current transistors data sheets plus a parametric search function.

In general people pick a small set of parts that is easily available. This will take care of 90%+ of your needs. Specialty parts you try to figure out what your parameters you need.

In other words, what beenthere said.
