Relatively new to the electronics game and I would like to know if there is a complete or nearly complete chart of transistor pinouts. It's getting confusing....

Your best bet is to Google for the data sheet for part your working with. And by that I mean the exact manufacturer, as some companies use a different pin-out. For the same part number, especially older parts. Welcome to the confusing world of electronics.
