I have a small circuit where i am using a logic level n channel mosfet to switch a 1:1 ferrite core toroid transformer. The first signal is the signal generator, the second, one is signal going into primary, and the third is at secondary of transformer 2. i have tied all non out of phase connections together from transformer 1s secondary and T2 primary and secondary. So these are ungrounded but connected to same point. Is signal 3 what I should be getting on T2 Secondary?

Looks like a little attenuation, a little spike. What are you worried about?
