Please help me with transformer simulation in proteus. The software asks me to enter the values of primary & secondary inductance, primary and secondary winding resistance, What would be these 4 parameters for a 230V-12V step down transformer ?

It depends upon the size of the actual transformer you are using.

For simulation assume that the inductance ratio is the square of the turns ratio. So Lprimary/Lsecondary = (230/12)^2 = 367. I'm guessing the resistance ratio would be similar to the turns ratio. Try googling for transformer specs to give you a clue.

inductance in mH and resistance in ohms limited to 50 ohms in primary and 5 ohms in secondary
