so it looks like 100mH inductor is hard to find at required current and size limitations. Any ideas. I reran simulation with 100uH and signal looks way different. More like sign wave.

If you use a smaller inductor then you need to raise the transmission frequency. The results are proportional so if you decrease the inductance by a factor of 10 then you must increase the frequency by a factor of 10 to get similar results. Transmitters rarely operate at the fundamental information frequency anyway, they usually have a carrier. The carrier frequency may be many times higher than the message frequency for good resolution as well as other reasons. On the receive side a demodulator turns the carrier back into the actual message signal.

So how high a transmission frequency could you go to?
It sounds like you are using binary frequency-shift keying to send the signal.
