Transformer 3 Wire Help

So i am assembling components and i've been researching components and i came across a transformer that i am not sure how to Wire up..

It has 6 Wires, 3 Primary 3 Secondary
I know how to Wire the Secondary.. But i have not run across any information on how to Wire a 3 Wire Primary.

Here is the Transformer in Question
Here is the Figure

I color Coded the diagram based on the Wires Colors.

I know how to DO a 4/2Primary to 3/2 Secondary but this is not making Total Sense to me.

It uses a tapped primary for either 115V or 230V input. For 115V you connect the mains between pin 2 and either pin 1 or pin 3. For 230V you connect the mains between pin 1 and pin 3.
