What is the transfer function of a tektronix oscilloscope or how we can calculate it?

I have following trnasfer functions for oscilloscope from some literature :
g1(t) = 1/T1*e^-t/T1; where T1 = RC for the response of electrostatic CRT plates and g2(t) = 1/T2*t; t <= T2 for the transit time response of electorons through the plates.
Can i use these two functions or not for digital scope. If yes then how both can be used, by convolution or any other method. Other thing is that what values are the mean by T1 and T2, T1 = RC so what will be the R and C values.
