on the transformer:
IP-32SE-VM
LSE-B10 1026BF3K

can you help me identify it? lead me to it's datasheet or anything that can replace it?

It seems to get +-140v DC in the input. nothing on the output.

yes it is. but i refuse to pay 65$ for a board of a tv that costs only 300$ today.

 

If the transformer actually looks burned, it's very likely other components(s) failed, causing the transformer to fry.
