when i use t flip flop which is made by d flipflop.But toggle occures at that time so Q don't fix 1 or 0 in the successive clocked. By the way i made switch which work when clock. let 1st clock switch on and next same clock switch off.

Have you grounded the set and reset inputs? It has to be done.
