You'll need a microcontroller or a serial interface to a PC plus software to drive it.

D Distort10n Joined Dec 25, 2006 429 Nov 19, 2008 #3 For $99 you can buy the EVM and save yourself a lot of heartache. You said that you want to toggle a few LED's, so why not just use a microcontroller? The MSP430 from Texas Instruments would do the trick.
