can anybody help me to use TLC5940
Im trying to toggle some leds with it

Did you read the datasheet or any of the application notes for it?

It's not exactly a trivial IC to work with. You'll need a microcontroller or a serial interface to a PC plus software to drive it.

 

For $99 you can buy the EVM and save yourself a lot of heartache. You said that you want to toggle a few LED's, so why not just use a microcontroller? The MSP430 from Texas Instruments would do the trick.

 

ya! i Know that TLC5940 should interface with microcontroller. and i went through datasheet but im looking for a basic schematic
