    I can only assume the phenomenon is 'factored into' the MTBF estimate for the relevant components/devices and, hence, poses negligible liability to 'surprise' failures --- What, specifically, is the nature of your concern...?

    As regards my opinion of ROHS fabrication: If you can avoid it - by all means DO SO!:mad:

    Long before RoHS, it was known that adding Pb to Sn would prevent the formation of tin wiskers. Silly EU. Heart was in the right place, but their head wasn't...
