I am attempting to build push button control for an led system but I'm having trouble with building in a 3 sec timer on delay. Bottom line I have space issues and I need a package component. Can any of you guys/girls point me in that direction any kind of ic or relay with built in timer on delay 3 to 5 sec one more problem I'm limited to 3.6 VDC:confused:

You need to show your circuit schematic.

Yes, how about using an 74hc5555. With the correct RC network, you will get a delayed single pulse after a trigger.

Ok Awesome but will this send a trigger pulse, like one shot or will it send continuous voltage?

It can be used as both depending on how you configure it.
