Those are some very serious symptoms!

At the very least you might have a serious inner ear infection. If the doctor can't tell you exactly what is causing your symptoms you need more tests or even a better doctor.

NO TUBE FILIMENTS....WHERES THE HUM COMING FROM...GOOD STUFF.

Lossy check if your hum is melodious. If it is, it is probably just you unawarely humming alone
