What will be the time response function of the following:
1. Tektronix Oscilloscope
2. Pin-diode detector
3. Self-powered detectors

I think part of the reason you haven't gotten a response is no one really understands the question.

1. Most oscopes (except for very old ones) graph voltage over time.

The other two are components, which can be looked up easily. They are sensors, not time related components.
