    Hi all,

I purchased a time delay really for my quad bike radiator fan. I want the fan to be on permanently but not on start up I want a delay first

So I'm guessing I need to wire it normally close but I get no voltage at any o the outputs after the relay switches any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Wes!

The relay you have needs two power inputs, but they can be the same power. Seems you figured out how to connect the "- 12 DC +" to get the thing to operate: that's the click you hear.

A relay also need to be connected to the "load" which are the wires drawn at the top of the diagram. Assuming your fan also runs off the "12 DC" then connect the + power to Output, and the fan to Normally Closed.

Also connect the other ens of the fan to negative of "12 DC" power.
