time delay circuit

hello , i need to build a circuit which can produce time delay of about 6-7 hours. after that it should give a signal to relay to change its contact. please advice some very simple circuit based on 555 or something else.

How will the circuit be triggered? Manually? With an input pulse or can it start when powering up the circuit?
