My Poe adapter doesn't work and i see that a ic burn in it.i see a correct ones and find the text that write on the ic
i see "63814P" a SMD ic (6pins)
but i search in the internet and i can't find any datasheet.could you help me on this?

Looks like a SOT 23-6 package. Take a better picture please, you may have got the numbers wrong.

Sorry, that's not good enough. It should be better visible under a microscope. I agree with the 63, the "8" could also be a "B". "1" and "4" are not visible at all.

In theory it should be possible to find out what it is.

Please take a picture of the IC under a lens or a microscope and a picture of the whole PCB. Where is this chip located? Primary or secondary? Are there any other chips on the board?
