Every water boiler and water have thermostat. When water is cool, it boils water. When boiling completes, it keeps warm. when water become warmer, then it automatically boils water.

    How thermostat works?

When boiling, does it mean that therostat alllow to flow current to heating element?
After boiling completes, does it mean that thermostat block current to flow to heating element?

    Please share ur knowlege

    Thank u

If its a mechanical type, it uses the principal of a Bi-metal strip.

as the metal heats up it expands and bends, this switches the thermostat off/on
then as it cools it straightens.
