can anyone help me with a circuit for a thermocouple tester using a 7107 chip a LED screen and an amplifier and 9 and 6V supply?

Why such elaboration? If a thermocouple is functional, all you need is a meter to verify that the junction produces a voltage.

The output levels and so on are very well known. If you know the two metals and it produces a voltage, then you have tested it and you can predict how it will respond to a range of temperatures.
