Thermocouple Sensor Design...help pls....

    Hello Guys…I am making a sensor design using 6 pairs thermocouple. I want the output goes like this…if only 1 over 6 thermocouples triggered a yellow led lit. And if more than 1 thermocouples triggered then a red led lit…Thanks a lot for sharing your ideas…

    The T/Cs I worked with have to be amplified. The amplified voltage can reach a threshold that a chip can trigger an LED. Sorry, not much help.

    There are many circuits for amplifying and/or linearizing a TC's output. There are also many IC's available that do the same thing probably cheaper and better.
    Once you get the TC signal out of the mud, a couple of simple comparators (LM339) will blink your LED's.
