i want to know how i can find the price of mosfet and IGBT
and what is you recommended to have (mos. or IGBT)?
we use it is the circuit of boost for photo voltage application

With the type number of the device in hand, go to a site like Digi-Key or Mouser, search on the device, and get the price.

With no idea of application, a recommendation is impossible.
