Hi,How can i build inverter, changing places transistors NMOS and PMOS?

Your question is unclear. Do you want to swap the transistors in a typical CMOS inverter? Or do you want to replace the NMOS and PMOS devices with something else?

The positions of the PMOS and NMOS transistors can't be swapped.

thank you so much.. now one question too...how to build the layout of diode without transistor?

Are you referring to how to layout a diode in an integrated circuit using N diffusion and P diffusion?

Pwell or nwell process? Do you want diode on the substrate or in a well?

Draw P diffusion in an nwell, that's the diode anode. Draw well tap in the nwell, that's the diode cathode.
