Hi,
i searched the web and i found this nice POV toy:

and my question is:
Does it really works? Is this circuit design OK??? :eek:
I want to build one and must know if this is a good designed POV.

The circuit looks reasonable but I see one aspect of the circuit that concerns me. The absence of any current limiting in line with the LEDs is risky to the health of the PIC. A 100 ohm resistor in series with each of the LED pairs would be a worthwhile safety measure.
