I have been reading the data sheet for this chip ADC122S101, which is a 2 channel 1MSPS 12 bit A/D converter. The attached it the datasheet.

There are some terms which i am not familiar with and i need help here
Integral Non-linearity
differential Non-linearity
offset error
Channel to channel Offset error match
Full Scale Error
channel to channel Full Scale Error match

Take a look again at the datasheet, most of the terms you list are defined on page 7 of the datasheet for the National ADC122S101.

 

but wat about those not mentioned in that list?
also, the definition given are not very clear to me too.
