Hi, l wish to design a temperature transducer based on the voltage-temperature characteristics of a transistor. I got a basic circuit to begin with which l have attached in png below. Kindly help me know how it can be used to measure temperature and help come up with the complete design.

    Thank you.

From the basic circuit l attached, is there a way of building a transducer from it without introducing a new circuit?

The "basic circuit attached" is garbage. You can't make current mirrors like that unless you are designing a monolithic IC and 4 junctions in parallel won't give you any more information that just using one.

Yes, conciders the circuit in Post #4 to be the original and those in earlier posts to be New. Ignore the circuits you started with. They are more conceptual than practical.

    Thank you, Gopher.
That's a very nice way to say, "garbage". :D
