temperature sensor using 16-bit PIC!!!

hi everybody!!
i want to design a temperature sensor using LM and PIC24FJ256GB108(or any 16-bit PIC) and display the result on a LCD display. But i don't know the circuit diagram for this purpose. i would be grateful if anyone could help me out with circuit diagram.
