I do not see how this pictures can be to large. Then posting pictures. Most of us use the png format, or PDF. You can save pictures in PNG format using MS Paint. But well here is the pictures.

Across which two points we need to find the thevenin equivalent circuit? The diagrams doesn't have the points. And I guess the two diagrams are separate problems.

For the second diagram I assumed the thevenin equivalent is across the 70 ohm resistor(marked Vx) and found the
Vth=-27.5 V
Rth=23.5714
