Hi all ,
Constructed a Low power Stereo amplifier out of TDA2822 (Equivalent KA2209)(scheme attached).
Every thing is Working Fine , except The amplifier is collecting Radio Frequencies for some reason , especially when the AV cable is connected .
So the output is a Remix of Songs from Radio & the Mp3 Player
Any help will be deeply appreciated .

Hello,

What kind of cable do you use between the MP3 and the amplifier?
It sounds like an RFI problem.

Its the Usual Stereo Cable , 3.5mm at one end & A/V connection at the other. like the one in the pic attached.
I am using the same cable with my other power amp , but every thing is fine there (no radio Frequencies) .
So any solution to deal with this problem ?

Hi all,

It seems the RCA female socket i am using is Catching the radio frequency (R/F) , as i tried connecting the amplifier without using the RCA female socket , the output is crystal clear , but when i use the same , The R/F is heard .

So any suggestions to ground the radio frequency ?

Hello,

Is the ground ring of the RCA male connector making good contact to the female one?
It can be the ground springs needs to be pressed a tiny bit in.
