don't know what to do to concentrate ... :(

Hi,

why not go to the specialist, get diagnosed and get the proper medication? (Maybe you either don't like medication or you don't like the specialist.)

How and what do you eat?

I've read somewhere that some people react positive to the Goldberger diet. With concentration, focus and the motivation to keep on.

Just a thought.

Maybe it's Goldstein. I'm suddenly not sure...

People who are very interested in a subject get good marks on exams. People who are not interested don't even bother doing the exams.

maybe you just need to have more confidence with yourself, even if you know how to solve a problem but you lack confidence you'll doubt even with your surest method...just stay calm and try to have more confidence.

God bless ^ ^

It will take work, but you certainly can improve your test taking skills. One point on tests is your ability to retain information. Adjust your study habits to increase your retention.
