I assume by "synthesis", you mean that you want to come up with a passive RLC network that has that transfer function?

Are you allowed to use transformers?

You need to show YOUR efforts to solve YOUR homework problem -- this will act as a starting point for discussion.

You might start with explaining what Brune's Method is, what it's objective is, and what the basic concepts are behind the approach. Most people aren't going to know much about it and by trying to convey the concepts to someone else you will likely improve your comprehension of the topic significantly.
