After a month of banging my head, I believe that my problems is solved with calculating Synchro outputs. I was so wrapped up in the phase angle that I overlooked amplitude.
The Synchro that I've had problems with has the Z leg grounded, but the spreadsheet can be easily modified to include the Z leg. If there are any errors or suggestions for improvements, your input would be appreciated.
