For the attention of ebcl 1 1388, Senior Member:

Following your post dated 10-13-2009 in connection with a 100uA meter, I tried a 15K resistor in series with a 1.5 Volts battery and got a reading of full scale.
I need this meter for a homebrew UHF SWR meter, but want to know how to maintain a reading that doesn't go to full scale since the reading in this case is to measure either 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 or infinite, the latter would be equivalent to go the needle to full scale.
I thank you or any other member that can help me on this matter.

    Regards, Uphill (Chile, South America)

Either increase the series resistance or lower the voltage
