An XRD (λ = 1.54 Å) rocking curve around the (004) reflection from a GaAsSb/GaSb superlattice shows a 0th order superlattice peak at θ = 30.5° and the first satellite peak at θ = 30.8°. Calculate the superlattice period.

Any ideas how to start here?
