    The forum is public and all responses must be posted here, for other members to benefit for the contribution.

    Other than that, you must post some of your work, even if it's wrong, before asking for help.

    Try to begin by writing the mesh equations. Write down the ones for the bottom-down mesh, the upper mesh, and the outmost, large mesh. You can note arbitrary current directions to help you get your signs right.

    Also, is the upper right equation that says that Io=7mA written by you or is it part of the problem?
