    maybe..maybe not. 700 is less than 1000mA
    Probably ok..

    You should be ok with a 5v 700mA charger.

    If the 700 ma charger fails, it will fail by not charging the phone, not by overpowering it.

    I have found another Nokia general car charger (in:10-30V, output:5V, 500mA) is it suitable for my old phone:
    Asus M930 device win 6 std device (this phone has wall charger: in:240V, output wall outlet:5V, 0.9A, but Asus battery says output 3.7V)

    http://www.gsmarena.com/asus_m930-2322.php

    also for this is suitable (thread #1 above) the Samsung general car charger (in:10-30V, output:5V, 700mA) ?

    adapters the same===usb micro, all...

    Should be fine. The phone only expects 500mA at best from a USB port anyway.
