have a locator with both headphones and an analog meter for signal strength, can anyone give me a suggestion for installing a LED 10-12 lite readout either through the headphone jack or by replacing the analog meter?

it has been brought to my attention that a fellow locator is having hearing issues leading to deafness.

Most units will disconnect the main speakers if you connect the headphones, unless this is a specific application, which it sounds like.

You can chain several of the LM3915 together if you need expanded range, but if looking for different frequencies, it gets a little more complicated.
