    There was a thread awhile back discussing various possible title modifications.

    I was against it.

    However, it may be helpful to "tag" members with a "student" label if they are determined to actually BE students, so that the mods may be more quickly able to move the inquires to the correct forums.

    This is more or less a "thinking out loud" idea; a notepad if you will.

    That is a thought. I'd fall under the technician label, or hobbiest. It would honestly identify a persons background without being demeaning. It would require people to identify themselves though, since number of posts might not be the issue. My degree is an Associates in Engineering Technology, with 30 years experience under my belt.

    Sounds good on the surface, but how will it be determined the poster is actually a student? We can't get people even to give their zone, much less location. John
