How we can do PID or PD control loop by using STNRG388A from ST Microelectronics and also how can I do it with PIC Microcontroller.

You find out how to calculate the numerical derivative and the numerical integral of the error signal, apply the proportionality constants to three terms and sum them all together. This then is the new control input.

Do you have a working knowledge of PID control loops?
What are you trying to control?

So what is your output voltage, Vo, and what is the input AC voltage, and do you have a design for the LCC? The STNRG device is a complicated little beastie and you're going to need some time to figure out how you want to apply it.
