Hi everybody,

does anyone know what is sticky logic that can be used for data storage ?!!
specifically I want to use it for jitter measurement ,using Vernier delay line method

I'd appreciate for any help and guideline

Actually i read it from some paper, and it should be kind of register ,but I don't know what it could be ,and thats my problem

The term "Sticky" logic seems to describe the behavior of the circuit, not some actual kind of logic devices. The diagram on page 44 is the actual circuit of one cell.
