    i'm only a student that wants to take part on the world of embedded system.

    what is the best thing to start of?

    any suggestion?

    Like you I suppose, I have just recently started to play with microcontrollers, I quite like the arduino,
    the programming language is simple enough for a newbie to understand and its open source so you can adapt the hardware to your needs,ideas.

    Hi,

    You can start playing with Microcontroller first. and read books for programing.

    i've bought an arduino haha..
    i played with it but do you have any suggestion on what can i do with it that i may seem to be a little difficult.. i browsed some arduino sites and this is cool

    Once you've become more familiar with the AVR, it would be easier for you to learn other mcu if you want to then.
